Exercise Your Privacy Rights

Under the GDPR (Articles 15–22) and equivalent privacy laws, you can ask us to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict processing in specific situations.
  • Port your data to another provider.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent for purposes that depend on consent.

How to file a request

  1. Submit the form at /legal/dsr describing the right you wish to exercise.
  2. Confirm your email address through the verification link we send you.
  3. We respond within 30 days of verification (Art. 12(3) GDPR). For complex requests we may extend by an additional 60 days and will tell you.

Identity verification

To protect your privacy we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling some requests. We use the minimum information necessary.

Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — typically the one in your country of residence or where the alleged infringement took place.
